Looking Out for One Another

One of the greatest strengths of Dexter Ridge is the people who call our neighborhood home. A safe community starts with neighbors who stay informed, communicate with one another, and work together to help protect our homes and families.

Our Neighborhood Watch page is designed to help residents stay connected by providing a central place to access community conversations, share important information, and stay informed about neighborhood activity.

While the Dexter Ridge Homeowners Association supports open communication among residents, we do not have an “official” Neighborhood Watch. Most of our information is coordinated through our Nextdoor community, where homeowners can connect with neighbors, receive local updates, report concerns, and share helpful information.

Community Safety Starts With You

Neighborhood safety is a shared responsibility. Small actions—such as reporting suspicious activity, checking on neighbors during severe weather, securing your property, and staying informed—can make a meaningful difference in keeping Dexter Ridge a safe and welcoming place for everyone.

If you witness suspicious activity or have an emergency, always contact 911 or the appropriate law enforcement agency first. Nextdoor should never be used to report emergencies requiring an immediate response.
