Our mission is to preserve the beauty, value, and integrity of our neighborhood while fostering a welcoming environment where neighbors can connect, families can thrive, and homeowners can take pride in the place they call home.
The Dexter Ridge HOA is dedicated to maintaining our community’s common areas, enforcing the neighborhood’s governing documents fairly and consistently, and encouraging resident involvement through open communication and transparency.

Cenethia Malone
Provides leadership for the Association, presides over meetings, oversees strategic initiatives, and works to ensure the Board serves the best interests of the community.
Vice President
Tony Malone
Supports the President, assists with community projects, and helps coordinate Board activities and homeowner engagement. Also handles the website and website support.
Secretary
Barbara Sullivan
Maintains official Association records, meeting minutes, correspondence, and governing documents while ensuring transparency and organization.
