The Dexter Ridge Homeowners Association Board of Directors will hold its Semi-Annual Board Meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, to review the Association’s progress, discuss ongoing community initiatives, and plan for the future of our neighborhood.

As outlined in the Association’s governing procedures, this meeting is a working session for the Board of Directors and was not open to the general membership. These meetings provide an opportunity for Board members to review operational matters, financial performance, vendor relationships, and strategic planning that support the continued success of Dexter Ridge.

Meeting Objectives

During the meeting, the Board will focus on several important topics, including:

• Reviewing the Association’s financial performance and budget status
• Evaluating current maintenance and landscaping initiatives
• Discussing upcoming capital improvement projects
• Reviewing vendor performance and ongoing service contracts
• Planning future homeowner communications
• Reviewing committee updates and organizational priorities
• Discussing long-term goals for community enhancement
• Preparing for upcoming community events and annual planning activities
